I've been so busy and a little bit stressed that I took the weekend off. I hope you all had a great weekend. I spent mine de-stressing and cuddling with my dog.
I've done a YouTube video on this and another post, but I believe it is important to bring up again. Choosing the right company for you is your choice and yours alone.
Make sure you do your research.
-Do I want to sell products that I don't use myself?
-Do I want to be a part of a company that only offers auto-ship to its customers?
-Are their prices reasonable and something that I can get behind?
-What does the company tolerate from its Independent Consultants?
-Am I in agreement with the companies Policies and Procedures?
-Are the quotas attainable?
-Do I have to pay a fee to be a consultant whether it be monthly or annual, etc.?
-How is the compensation plan? Is it reasonable?
-How do the current consultants behave on social media?
-Does the company offer enough support and training for its consultants?
These are just a few questions to ask yourself while looking for a company.
I have mentioned this before, but if you make a mistake with the company you choose, there is no shame in leaving to find a better fit. Learn from your mistakes.
